What do i put for Diploma/Degree in my Job app if I still haven't graduated from high school?

Put no or leave it blank because you're still in high school. Since you're putting that you've completed three years, they will assume that you're a current student and haven't graduated yet. If you're still confused, there's no harm in bringing your unfinished application in and asking how they want you to complete it.
