Is it okay to give my hamster a human medicine to treat his broken leg?

you cannot give him human medicine, his got a broken leg and would be on complete agony! take him to the vet and ask if you can pay installments, you can't let him live with a broken leg, itll heal disfunctionaly if it even does without proper treatment, if you had a broken leg im sure you would go to the doctor. if he cant go to the vet on his own, so please try help him out.
