Neopets 'about me' information box isn't there?

So I just made a side-account and went right after I made a neopet to edit my lookup... and the box isnt there. The box that you put all your information in. It just isn't there. it doesnt even say 'About Me'. It just says Zip Code and then the page ends there. Whats happened? How do I get it to show up?
