What is 7-zip internal error, code 105 when I try to install my display drivers?

Okay so I already had the the driver installed for my nVidia GeForce 550 GTX Ti. I was getting lag in a video game so I figured something must be wrong with the drivers. I uninstalled them then tried to reinstall them. I downloaded the driver install file and then tried to add the installation driver files to my computer so I could install them, and then about 61% of the way it says "7-zip internal error, code 105". Idk whats wrong, I never had this problem the first time. Also, I have already tried right clicking and going down to "Run as Administrator" and it didn't do anything. Help?
