Red bumps on the crotch area?

I was zipping up my pants yesterday, and i remember it hurt because i pulled some pubic hairs, and when i was showering today, i noticed I'm getting red bumps on my crotch area, i just wish to know if it is herpes, a rash, or just a red bump
