Dropped phone in pool?

Okay last night in a jacoozi (spelling is least of my problems) my friend and I had our phones in a zip lock bag, it wasn't closed completly and and my phone slipped in. He ran out and turned it off an back on it didn't work. Immidatley removing the battery and drying everything off then he put it in rice along with the battery out, after an hour I tried and it didn't work, then I let it sit until this morning tried it and the buttons are all messed up now like when I press select 25 pops up. I just broke my phone like 2 weeks ago then got this new one thursday PLEASE tell me there is some hope or something I can do :( plus Its under a lamp to make dry, but idk if that's bad plus theirs this thing that's red on the back. Bad? Someone please help
