I'm trying to move a 7GB winrar file onto a 16GB Micro SD card with 9GB of space left, but....?

format it to NTFS by > ritht click on SD Card>properties> hardware tab>choose the drive> properties>policies>mark optimize for performance. then you can format it to NTFS .
