What is wrong with my teacher?

My AP Euro teacher is originally from Britain but came over to America with her American husband to have her American daughter. Every day in that class she's talking trash about the U.S., saying that Americans are generally fat, lazy, racist, and powerhungry, that we're cowards, and don't enter wars unless we know that we can win them (WW1 and 2), and that the intelligence levels in America have been decreasing for decades. I'm deeply offended by this, not only because my class is composed by a majority of foreign exchange students who are still having first impressions of my country, but also because I'm 18 now, and I'll be joining the military as soon as I graduate. All the stuff she's saying is dampening my spirits, I'm very patriotic and excited about my enlistment, but she's stressing my enthusiasm. I am going to confront her tomorrow, what should I say?
