Vibration dampening basement walls?

Put framing up and put up noise dampening insulation in between the framing. Just be sure to put a vapor barrier with tuck tape as well. For the outlets, wrap the backs of the boxes a noise dampening putty to avoid vibrations through the outlets. Ive seen it on Holmes on Homes.
