My tub fills up with water and almost overflows when I shower...what do I do?

I have used the Zip-it on my tub drain...and very little hair comes out...yet, when I take a shower, it fills almost all the way up to the top...I have to shower quickly so it doesn't overflow. Do I need to call a plumber and how expensive will it be?
