HTC evo 4g not turning on, did I cause it?

I had my evo plugged in as a disk drive, transferred over this file http://downloadandroidroms.com/files/get/eG7f2A1C5L/vr-kingdomrevolution-b1.3.zip and then turned the phone off. I then tried to put it into boot mode by pressing and holding the power and volume down but i accidentally pressed power and volume up. It vibrated three times very quickly and now it wont turn on. Any ideas on how I can fix it or if I caused it?
