How to treat in-grown hairs and cysts associated with them?

Gosh, I've never heard of that before, and I'm sorry for you... That sounds painful. I know it sucks, but maybe stop shaving. Have you tried depilatory creams instead? I doubt that would cause abbrasions, and you can still remove unwanted hair. Good luck, I hope you find anwers!
