HELP!!!!!! any plumbers a or people that have gone through this situation can give advice on clogged tubdrain?

my bathtub will not drain out...it's backed up...i tried the zip it tool, zep drainer, vinegar, bleach, drano, hot water and nothing seems to work...do i have to call a plumber, because i really can't afford one...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...
